1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor self-employed professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal personality who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with HEVOlogica - Owner: Moritz Hoffmann.
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German, English, Italian
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. You can view the contract text in our customer login.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery costs may be added to the stated product prices. Further information on any applicable delivery costs can be found in the respective offers. We only deliver by mail. Unfortunately, a self-collection of the product is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is to be made to Klarna:
Invoice: The payment period is [14] days from the shipment of the goods. The invoice conditions for purchase on account for deliveries to Germany can be found here and for purchase on account for deliveries to Austria here. The online shop charges a fee of 0 euros per invoice.
Financing: With the financing service from Klarna, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 euros). Immediate bank transfer
Direct debit: The debit is made after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed by email about the time of the debit.
The credit card is charged upon conclusion of the order.
The availability of the respective payment methods depends on the result of the credit assessment by Klarna. Further information and Klarna's terms of use can be found here. Your personal data will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and as specified in Klarna's privacy policy.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment is made.
7. Damage in Transit
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory right to liability for defects applies. Information on any additional guarantees and their precise conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.
9. Liability
We are always liable without limitation for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolutions (ODR) which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are ready to participate in extra-judicial dispute settlement proceedings before a consumer dispute resolution body. The competent body in this matter is:
